CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel with 14 or more days notice prior to date of arrival = Full refund
Cancel with 4 to 13 days notice prior to date of arrival = 1 day penalty
Cancel with 3 days or less notice prior to date of arrival = Deposit is forfeited
NO REFUNDS FOR HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS, NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS.
